    These were done in school and my first time doing the pulled sugar, I liked them to be translucent, as they looked like they were made from glass

    It's REALLY hard to just..explain..you have to cook the sugar, you have to grease everything...place on silpat if you want a flat bottom...line with wrinkle aluminum foil if you want a crinkly bottom..then pour the sugar..but you have to have your bases all prepared and do them all in one shot
