My husband has a funny sense of humor and you never know what to expect, so I figured give a funny cake, He thought he was getting a hunting cake and well i had to throw a monkey wrench into the cake. he loved it. it is a lemon cake with lemon butter cream frosting with Fondant accents. the bear is made with fondant and frosting .
