This was my very first wedding cake. I got the idea out of the Wilton book. I did the side cakes as well. The bride wanted a lot of cake, each tier was a different flavor and iced with buttercream icing. It was 90 plus degrees that day, the hall was approximates a 45 minute delivery. I was invited to the dinner and it was fun listening to all of the compliments on the cake.
