For a pickup today, my Mom ( business partner) took these on by herself...all 28...ok ok, not too many but enough to make me feel guilty not driving up to help! Mixture of frosting and fondant.
the lapels and ties are made a day ahead of time out of fondant,including the small rose. left to dry so they would stand up a bit on top..the sides I used a large basket weave tip to make a cuff look and added a button...didn't quite cover the whole side of the cake, so added a black strip of the fondant to create a sleeve look. Hope this helps
