Scallops, Stars Buttons & Booties
A huge baby shower cake for a nervous grandma. Inspired by a cake from Wilton's Tiered Cakes book called "Teddy's Ready to Play", but without the creepy stand-up bear on top. :) Grandma was so nervous she made me nervous, but luckily it came out great and she was thrilled.
The colors are beautiful. Grandma must have wanted to feed a lot of people.

The scallops are semi-circles of fondant with impressions from the fondant embosser. This cake is adapted from the cake in the Wilton Tiered Cakes Book on Page 99 "Teddy's Ready to Play" for complete instructions.
