This was my "graduation" cake from course #1 of the Wilton Method. I simply placed several roses on the top, added some leafs, created a bead edge, placed rose buds along the sides, and finished off with a shell border (something I still need to work on). I felt really good with how this cake turned out, especially after a professional cake decorator (who I did not know, and had nothing to do with the class) told me how great the cake looked, for a beginner.
