Ginger Orange Carrot Cake Cupcakes With Whipped Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting on Cake Central

I made these for a co-worker's birthday. Nine jumbo ginger orange carrot cake cupcakes topped with vanilla whipped cream cheese frosting. I decorated the tops with white chocolate swirls with a piece of crystallized ginger in the center. Yummy!
