Surfing

This was my first attempt at something other then a basic round cake. I made it for my brother who loves surfing. The base cake is a two layer 13"x 9" vanilla cake with strawberry filling, covered in buttercream. The wave and the Surfboard were carved out or rice crispy blocks. The wave was then covered in Buttercream and the Surfboard covered in fondant.
