This cake was to welcome family at Thanksgiving. I tried buttercream mums and they weren't as hard as I thought they were going to be...yay! Basketweave on the sides and my first attempt at a rope border. At this rate I'm going to skip Wilton Course II and teach myself w/CC's help :) !
