My First Wedding Cake
This is a chocolate fudge cake with a raspberry AND dark chocolate ganache filling. It is covered in MMF. The ribbon was chosen by my sil, the bride. The decorations were all hand made with a fondant/ gumpaste mix. They were colored with pastel chalks and super gold luster dust. I ended up having to put this cake together on my hands and knees on a stage at the church. It was nuts, by my sil was happy!
