Bobby's Sandcastle Cake
This is the 2nd big cake I've tried....it was fun, especially making the little cartoon fish! The sand was really yummy too...vanilla wafers crushed with brown and white sugar. The turrets were caramels. I am still pretty new at this, but enjoying all the creativity!

Thank-you so much! The bottom was a 16 inch double layer round, the top was a rectangle, a 6 inch round, and 5 "souffle" cup cakes
