This was for a manÂ’s 40th birthday surprise party. He loves gimlets and Cohiba cigars. The martini is cake covered in fondant and dusted with lime luster dust. ThereÂ’s a wooden dowel running through the martini, plastic tier and silver doily into the cake. The cigar is chocolate candy clay, painted with red and silver luster dust at the tip, ashes are silver edible sparkles. Smoke is fondant. Cohiba label printed on edible paper and attached to fondant. Limes are candy limes.
