This was today's order. The husband chose the cake's design. He and his wife just found out that they are pregnant and he wanted to incorporate the baby-to-be into it, hence the inscription. After this photo was snapped, I added leaves to the right side of the cake to help balance it. Chocolate cake, caramel filling, buttercream icing. TFL!
