Happy 55Th Birthday Holiday Inn
I got this order on a Monday for Wednesday morning delivery to a hotel in dowtown San Antonio. This is cake one of two cakes, the same decoration, the same number of servings (150) each! I took the order even though it was last minute and got it done!
That turned out great...I'm sure they were quite happy with this wonderful cake!
I forgot to mention the Toucan was put on because it is the logo for that particular Holiday Inn (very tropical).
