Thanks jstritt - No it is royal icing...and it had a sparkle to it...really pretty color (Avocado). I have been leaning towards the non-traditional colors this year. I tried it in Christmas green and just thought I liked this color better.
luvmygirl - I would suggest at least 12 hours between. I rushed these and did them about 6 hours later. I had a red one and it bled through...so I had pink outlines...but "happy little accidents"!

I used Americolor and just a royal icing recipe I had. Not sure why it came about sparkly.
