1St Wedding Anniversary Cake
This was a cake I made before going to the Wilton cake decorating courses. It was our 1st wedding anniversary cake. We didn't have any of our wedding cake left because we got married in Europe and couldn't bring it back....Yellow cake with MMF and gelatine roses.

well it is a special recipe I brought from Europe. You can buy the gelatine candy, I think it is called FRUIT SLICES and soften them in the microwave and add powdered sugar. Keep adding sugar until you have a MMF texture. Then you cut out and make your flowers. They taste pretty good.
