Made this for a true chocolate-lover. Two layers of chocolate torte cake (similar to flourless chocolate cake) filled with a layer of Nutella and stabilized whipped cream. Surrounded with Pirouettes and topped with ganache and tempered chocolate seashells that were dusted with gold luster dust.

Thanks, everyone! I have not found a way to keep the Pirouettes crispy. Dipping them in chocolate would do the trick, but you'd lose the pretty marbled effect.
