Thanksgiving Cake
I made a non-traditional Thanksgiving Day cake to please my mom. She's a coconut fanatic, so this cake is Martha Stewart's Tea Time Coconut cake with coconut Swiss Meringue buttercream. I finally found real coconut cream (not milk) and this cake tasted awesome!
