Phage Cake
this was for my boss' 50th birthday. he is a microbiologist so i thought a virus infecting a bacterium would be apt. i didnt have time to freez the bottom sheet cakes and hence could not carve the shape i wanted. wanted it to look more curved (like a bacterial cell). he loved it! its a vanilla cake with bc frosting.

Didn't know what a phage was . . . have to admit I looked at this picture because I was a bit scared and had to find out what it was. Now that I know I think you did a stellar job! Very cool idea~
