I made this for a friend's daughter. They were kind enough to give us a bike for our daughter, so I made the Birthday cake for thier daughter as a thank you. It is a chocolate mud cake, with white chocolate cream cheese filling and fondant icing. At the bottom I attached ribbon and peals. The letters, little cake and figure are all made out of fondant.
