Fireman's Birthday Cake

This is a small cake I made for a fireman's 50th birthday. The cake is just 6" and the idea was that it would be just for him. (He's a sweet tooth). But he loved his cake so much he couldn't bear to eat it !! The cake is covered in marzipan, and the flames around the cake that forms his name "Heinz" and the numbers 50 are also marzipan. The fireman is made of Sugar Dough.

This cake is sooo cute. My husband is a firefighter, he would absolutely love it. Your firefighter is adorable.

Thank you all for your comments. I'm glad you like it! I just wanted to add, it was actually a 4" cake , not a 6". So it was really a tiny cake just for him. But if I'd known he wouldn't eat it, I would have made him a dummy so he could have kept it forever! :wink:
