I made these for my daughters birthday celebration in kinder garten. It seemed like a good idea till i actually started... It took ages. This is just one of the two boxes i delivered - 30 mini cakes in all.
They are chocolate bottoms with fresh raspberry mousse and lemon curd cream inbetween then covered with a fifty-fifty blend of sp and marzipan. Flowers and leaves made from sp and the letters were made in flowerpaste and then painted golden. String works in royal icing.
