Thanks everyone!! For the hair I cut strips of fondant+gumtex, twist it (like a spring) around a toothpich or spaguetti, let it dry for no longer than 10 minutes, then with a bit of water place it on his head. Because the pieces are not totally dry when I glue them on his head, I'm able to adjust them. I hope I make sense :D
