Movie Star, Black And White Cake - Old Hollywood Sweet 16
Wonderful Sweet 16 party. Marble cakes covered with b/c (melvira method) top cake dotted with black fondant dots dusted in gold luster. Middle cake hexagon covered with old movie reels on vellum (paper like parchment), bottom layer black fillagree with black fondant stars dusted in gold. banner at the bottom with greeting. Top is made with Fondant stars, stars and beads on wires and gold ting ting.
This is so awesome. The movie reel is so perfect! The colors you chose really set off the theme. The 16 year old will have REALLY high expectations for her wedding cake someday!!! Great job!!! :)

What a spectacular cake-you took a theme and ran with it. The movie reels came out flawless & I love how the reel rolls off in the back. The string of stars & little reels & projectors add the perfect touch. Another amazing job.
