Wasn't sure if I could pull this one off with making due with the pans and supplies I had on hand, so I got creative and low and behold here it is in all its glory....I baked it in the oval cake pans and carved this cake to give it a 3-D turkey shape, and used cupcakes and ice cream cones for the legs and wings, brushed on some brown coloring mixed with Vanilla, and used cake scraps to make the stuffing effect...its a Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing....
