Thanks, I actually got the idea form cc. It's a 2 layer, 6 inch cake, carved a little, w/ball pan on top. Covered in buttercream, fondant accents,

That's wonderful! I"m very new to this, I hope you don't mind some silly questions. The snowmen are fondant, but what about the base, blue and white icing on teh globe, etc., is that buttercream? I wonder if I"ll ever be this talented!
