Thanksgiving Centerpiece Cake
Here's my version on the Wilton Bountiful Harvest Centerpiece Cake. I did not have a large loaf pan so I used a half sheet cake and cut it into thirds and layered them. It's a Golden Vanilla Champagne cake w/Champagne BC Icing and RI Mums. I think the Champagne flavoring did something to the icing as I had a lot of trouble working with it, either that or it was just me as I had a lot of trouble with the cake starting with it sticking in the pan and breaking apart. I'm glad it's finished. :)
