How did you get the tooth to stand on 4 legs like that? I want to do a molar cake for my son (who has to have a cavity filled - I thought the cake might cheer him up about it), but I'm not sure how to balance it on the four bottoms of the molar??
Take 4 separators and use foil to thicken and shape it into roots. Put a cakecard (thin board)on top. Round off the corners of the card. Put the cake on top of the card and cover all with one sheet of sugarpaste. A bit tricky, but looks best that way.
