Soccer Referee Cake
White cake w/ Banana Cream filling. Carved into shirt shape. Black fondant stripes. Gumpaste whistle. Thanks to DoraMarie for her assistance with this one. Mine isn't perfect (the arms look funny!), but my son's teacher loved it! Its for her husband's birthday. I think she may have teared up when she saw the cake! Hopefully, they'll love the way it tastes, too!

Wish I'd known there was a template. I did it just by sight from (2) 9 x 13 cakes. That's why the arms and shoulder area look a little funny!
