Thank you for your kind comments! Shantel - Yes, the details are fondant. I do make my pearls out of choc. candy clay mixed with a little fondant. I use super pearl to achieve the glossy shine. HTH! Jen :-)

This is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!! Easily one of the most beautiful cakes I've ever seen. Perfect detail all over. I would like to know how you got the quilted pattern on to look so puffy?!? I love that look.
CarolAnn, I put a normal layer of buttercream under my thin fondant. I use the three diamond quilter and a stitch wheel. With those factors, it puffs out nicely. HTH! If you need more info e-mail me at [email protected] Jen :-)

Georgous and I love this set up. What size cakes did you use and how many on the bottom layer: I am guessing 6 -6" 12" 8" and 6", but it is hard to tell from a picture.

This cake makes me want to cry!!! It is sooooooooooooooo beautiful!! All I want to do is stare at it. When I grow up, I tell ya....I want to be this good!! In my favs. This one is at the TOP of my list. I want to save it again. Ok, I'm through :D
