I made this for my nephew's first bday. 10-inch & 6-inch rounds iced in buttercream. Decorations are fondant, gumpaste, and buttercream. Waterfall is piping gel over buttercream. HUGE thanks to Kelleykakes: her beautiful jungle cake inspired the waterfall and I copied (tried, anyway) her wonderful fondant elephant, hippo and monkeys. The parrots are gumpaste painted with Americolors. There was a smash cake too, but I don't have a pic yet.
