This is my own concoction of a hazlenut and pistachio cream that I made into a cheesecake. It then has a hazlenut and pistachio filling layer on top and then a layer of chocolate ganache. Spun sugar and sugar dipped hazlenuts on top. This cake was so delicious!! I'm enjoying a piece right now. Everyone absolutely loved it. Not for the calorie concious though!!!
