After getting some inspiration from several cakes here on cc this is what I came up with. I make this cake for a dinner auction. They got $460 for it. More than I could have ever sold it for. It was a four alternating layer of french vanilla and mocha choc cake w/alter layers of choc ganache and white chocolate with toffee. Decor in bc with fondant accents.
