How did you do that trim?

I love this! This is a great cake. The bootie's are fabulous. This one's definately going into my favorite's.

Oops...trim is from the Wal-Mart notions dept., as are the ribbons on the booties.

Beautiful, fantastic. What a great job. What is the process for dusting the fondant with luster dust. Do you do it when the fondant is wet or dried? It is dust mixed with anything?
