This is a "portrait" cookie technique I learned from my MOM, iced with a thin icing painted on with a paint brush, then each sugar added. Eyes are half of a raisin. Cookie Cutters can be found at grammascutters.com. Merry Christmas!!

MEMORIES...I remember making 100's at a time for all our classes
