sunflowers are my favorite flower...i love it!

well it's actually quite a complicted process - it took, all together, i'd say about a week to complete. My sister's bridesmaid dresses are the colors of the cake and my sister wanted something really crazy! used styrofoams and carved them into their respective shapes and angles using a chisel and file. Then I iced the cake using wall mud - sounds crazy I know, but.....another decorator told me that it dried just like royal icing - and was easier to work with, so I tried it - then I sanded it down wi...
