A friend asked me to do a three tiered square fontant wedding cake. I said yes, when I should have just ran away screaming. She is coming over tonight to do a "taste test" and so I made two mini cakes for her to try. One is two layers red velvet with Cream Cheese covered in Satin Ice. The second is one layer red velvet one layer white, with cream cheese and Satin Ice. She also wanted writing on the cake and a ribbon. The only ribbon I had was black and I freehanded one and used a stencil on the other.
