I did these 3 cakes for a memorial service for a retired US Coast Guard Veteran. He passed away in June of this year. The Topsy Turvey Cake is white cake with BC icining and RBC accents, the 1/2 sheet cake is white cake with Lemon filling, all BC, and the small cake is carrot cake with cream cheese icing w/ BC accents.
