I made this cake using the Wilton Checkerboard Cake set, made it black and white to look like a checkered flag. Yellow cake with bavarian filling. Basic White Frosting and piping gel.

Great job! I love the curve of the checkerboard pattern to follow the road and the colors are perfectly muted so as not to overtake the boldness of the cake!
