bottom tier is almond cake w/ strawberry center, middle tier is mexican choc cake w/ganache in center, and top layer is peppermint cake all in buttercream icing. This is what I came up with for my reunion cake. I hope you like it. the topper is a fondant coyote and I also placed some pictures around the coyote from the year book.
