A friend is moving his law office and wanted a cake for a farewell party. I made the 3-D gum paste figure of him on moving boxes (rice krispie treats made with white chocolate covered in fondant). He was delighted. The buildings and name plaque are chocolate transfers. The icing was chocolate malt--really yummy.
