Grandma's 90Th
I made this cake for my grandmother's 90th birthday party. It was my first stacked cake. Double Chocolate Layer cake on the bottom and WASC on the top two tiers. Raspberry buttercream icing with fondant on top. It was a big hit. Everybody said "I didn't know you could do this!" I couldn't have done it without the great advice and inspiration of the people here at CC.

the numbers were royal icing piped on parchment with a wire stuck in while wet. I had also made some out of modeling paste but one snapped when I tried to insert it into the cake. I had made lots of extras just in case :) Thanks for the compliments!
