I was asked to do this anniversary cake for a couple that love the winter and snow mobiling. And since there anniversary is in November This is what the kids wanted me to do. It was fun to make . covered in buttercream and the beaver dam is a cupcake covered in chocolate icing and preztels and the trees are royal icing , the fire has fondant rocks and fire with pretzels for the logs. and the snowmobiles are toy ones I found at the dollar store.
