The gumpaste wasn't taught. I had just bought the kit and was messing around with it. Deceided the flowers looked pretty good and I would use them. I was the only one of 4 people to finish the class and the instructor had told me I could do any design I wanted as long as it was a teired cake

You had to be teachers pet because you did such an awesome job!!!! :-) When I started the courses there were 18 people in class. 2nd course there were only 8. Then 3rd there were only 2. It's great when someone finishes!!! Congrats!!

Your cake turned out very pretty! I bought the kit to make the gumpaste flowers about 6 months ago and haven't used it yet. Was planning on trying it out this week. Your flowers look great!

Your cake is the best I've seen for the final class. You're flowers look great as well. Your arragement is wonderful! It has good height and is a nice balance.
