First present cake, first bow ever done in Gumpaste dusted with pearl dust. 3 layers of white chocolate cake with strawberry filling. Happy with the bow..not so happy with my corners of the cake :( Oh well she loved it!

Looks good to me! What kind of fondant did you use? How long did you let it dry? (I haven't tried to make one of these yet... too chicken. lol)

Oh I tried in fondant lol...I threw it in the trash..ended up doing this in all gumpaste...and let me tell you I love the stuff!! It dried completely overnightm, I was amazed..never worked with gp but will again :D

PERFECT, WORKED WITH FONDANT AND GUMPASTE AND LOVE BOTH, GUMPASTE IS EXCELLENT FOR THINGS THAT YOU WANT TO REUSE AND MOST COST EFFECTIVE IN THAT MANNER. JUST MY OPINION.
