I made this yellow butter cake with Hershey's chocolate icing for a friend's birthday. This was my first attempt at starburst roses. They could have been better, but I'm pretty pleased with the results. I had some issues with my icing. It went on smooth as glass, but as it dried, it rippled up on me! BUT....I know it tastes wonderful. :D Thanks for looking.
