Wonderful... How did you get that life like texture? Is it fondant?

Thank you! I split the ply on a cheap paper towel and gently press the bumpy side (inside of the sheet) on smoothed buttercream until I get the texture I like. This turkey was airbrushed and then sprayed with a mixture of hot water and dark Karo syrup to make it look like it was just from the oven.

what type of cake is it? what type of pan did u use? (awesome job)

It's my basic white cake. The cake is a sheet cake with 1/2 of the egg pan for the body, small egg pan for the drumsticks.
