Thanks for all the comments! Yes, the head/neck is all icing. I used tip 12 then smoothed it out. Ding Dong Creme Filling recipe is found on this site, it is good to me! I used a zig-zag motion w/ tip 104 to do the feathers.

How did you get your turkey brown color? Im having trouble getting a dark brown from the Wilton gel color.
It is chocolate BC icing, naturally brown. I used choc. BC to get my black, too.
