New Jersey State Police
I made this cake for my husband's work because I found myself with an extra 16" round cake that was already torted and iced in BC. Knowing I could never eat so much before the mold factor set in, I did a quick NJ state trooper logo and sent it to his work. No need for donuts that day! :-)
You forgot to add that now every police officer in his troop just adores his wife :) This is so cool and what an awesome surprise for the staff. Very nice work, your detail looks so precise. Great job :)
