I made this cake for my brother who LOVES chocolate. Since it is Veterans Day tomorrow and he is a vet I thought I would bring him this cake.

It is triple chocolate cake with chocolate chips added. I filled it with chocolate mouse and then ganache. Wrapped it in cookies with chocolate filling and some have vanilla just for a bit of a change in taste.

I hope he likes it.
